Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38 was read the third time. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown as a cosponsor on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.
